Job summary

United Business Bank in Hotchkiss seeks a Client Service Supervisor (CSS) to enhance client service and operational effectiveness. The CSS will guide Client Service Representatives and Tellers and manage daily schedules.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of Teller experience and strong communication skills. This onsite role offers a salary of $20 to $21 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Teller and Operations procedures.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services and operations.
• Minimum 2 years of Teller experience in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve client servicing issues.
• Coach CSRs and Tellers for operational effectiveness.
• Perform variety of transactions for clients.
