Job summary

Santander Investments, LLC is seeking a Client Service Senior Analyst in the United States to provide essential sales support and client service to Financial Advisors and clients. You will help ensure efficient day-to-day operations, maintain records, and support reporting activities.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish preferred, an associate degree or equivalent work experience, and 3+ years in customer service or related fields.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Economics, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, financial services, or a related occupation.
• Ability to work independently and set priorities to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience maintaining database records and supporting reporting activities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and partners.
• Maintains appropriate investment licensing as required for the role.
• Ability to prepare materials and information for Financial Advisors and partners.
• Demonstrates initiative and client-service orientation.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills to research issues and find solutions within procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and operational support to Financial Advisors.
• Delivers high-quality service to internal and external clients according to service standards.
• Coordinates with support groups and partners to address routine client and business needs.
• Works independently while contributing within a team.
• Resolves routine issues using knowledge of industry practices and internal processes; escalates complex matters as needed.
• Responds to client requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintains Financial Advisors' calendars and schedules client appointments.
• Provides general admin support: data entry, record maintenance, document scanning and uploading.
• Develops proficiency in systems and applications used in the business line.
• Assists with client research, reports, and reviews of client/prospect information.
• Collaborates with Financial Advisors to address service needs for existing clients.
• Supports advisors with client service and sales-related activities per procedures.
• Maintains accurate client and business records and assists with reporting.
• Supports timely completion of routine and cyclical business activities.
• Identifies service issues and escalates to appropriate team members.
