Job summary

Amwins in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support retail agents and California State Fund associates with workers’ compensation policies. You will use Nexsure to manage inquiries, changes, and service requests, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; higher education preferred.
• Property & Casualty License, or ability to obtain within 90 days (cost reimbursed; study support provided by Amwins)

Responsibilities

• Use Nexsure to manage service requests and policy-related inquiries from CA State Fund associates and assigned retail agents, including new, renewal, active, and cancelled workers’ compensation policies.
• Research and resolve policy-related questions and issues by working closely with CA State Fund associates and retail agents.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners through clear, professional communication via email, Microsoft Teams, and phone.
• Keep agents and stakeholders informed by providing timely updates on service requests and resolutions.
• Review and resolve service and billing issues while ensuring accurate follow-up and a positive client experience.
• Use WCIRB resources to research classifications, rules, and rating requirements.
