Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency LLC is seeking a Client Service Specialist to partner with the Sales Center and Remarketing, delivering quality service to clients and underwriters. You will maintain client relationships, manage expectations, and support growth of existing accounts.

This role requires a Property & Casualty Insurance License; MMA provides the licensing course and two attempts to pass the exam. Strong interpersonal skills and MS Office proficiency are essential, with Personal Lines

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales Center and Remarketing to ensure quality service at the support level.
• Maintain rapport with clients, underwriters, and grow existing accounts.
• Communicate effectively and provide timely follow-up to clients and internal teams.
• Support the production team to benefit clients and ensure service excellence.

As our Client Service Specialist on the serviceteam, you'll partner with both the Sales Center and Remarketing areas to ensure quality service is delivered at a support level. Remain knowledgeable of coverages and manage the expectations of the client (both internal and external). Maintain rapport with clients, company underwriters, and develop/grow existing accounts. Work collegially as a supportive member of the production team for the benefit of the clients. Maintain open, effective communication and timely follow-up.

A day in the life.

Important: Position requires Property & Casualty Insurance License. MMA will provide licensing course and licensing exam. Colleagues will be given two attempts to pass the exam.
