United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM) is hiring an entry-level Call Center Representative on-site in Pontiac, MI. You will be the first contact for inbound and outbound calls, solving problems and providing support while delivering a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable speaking professionally on the phone.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office products and working across multiple screens.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Deliver friendly, professional and solution-focused service.
• Resolve client requests via email.
• Answer client questions and resolve concerns efficiently.
• Research issues and identify the best path forward for clients.
• Accurately document conversations and updates in company systems.
• Navigate multiple systems and screens while speaking with clients.
