The Business Licensing team is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our Annual Reports and Business License team. This role offers an opportunity to provide exceptional support to one of our larger retail clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

• Fulfill requests and answer questions for internal and external customers
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or electronically
