Job summary

Holmes Murphy & Associates is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support our Employee Benefits team in St. Louis Park, MN. You will manage client accounts, assist with benefit program implementations and renewals, and draft proposals for carrier review.

You will interact with carriers, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring timely responses and accurate administration. An active Life & Health license or ability to obtain within three months is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience: Administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably within the insurance industry (brokerage or provider).
• Licensing: Active state-specific Life & Health Insurance agent license required or ability to obtain within three months of hire.
• Technical: Applies insurance principles to consult with clients, contributes to workflows and processes, uses agency systems, prioritizes tasks, and delivers proactive solutions.

The salary range for Minnesota residents is $52,500–$70,400. Compensation also includes annual bonuses, additional wellbeing benefits, and support for professional development.
