Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Client Service Specialist in Business Insurance. You will deliver prompt, courteous service to clients and colleagues, support rating, data entry, and changes while coordinating with the team to meet service needs.

The role requires a high school diploma, a Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days), and 2 years of business insurance experience, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Two (2) years' Business Insurance experience, preferably in an agency.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Insurance designations such as (CISR, AAI, CIC, etc.)
• Experience working with EPIC, Sagitta, and/or ImageRight.

A day in the life. As our Client Service Specialist on the Business Insurance team, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include working with other members of the department to meet the service needs of customers and your attention to detail is essential in mastering tasks such as processing changes, rating, and accurate client data entry.

• High school diploma required.
