Job summary

NurseCore is seeking a Client Service Specialist in Rochester, NY to support recruiting, scheduling, and daily branch operations. The role focuses on coordinating field staff, building client relationships, and resolving service issues to ensure smooth operations.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed. Compensation ranges from $20 to $22 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of staffing, customer service, healthcare, or related experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with computers and standard office technology.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• College coursework preferred.

Responsibilities
