Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Financial Advisor to deliver tailored financial guidance and brokerage solutions to clients, helping them meet their goals. You will triage leads, refer to partners, meet with clients to review objectives, and build a financial plan using brokerage products.

This role requires Series 7 and 66 licenses (or equivalents), at least one year in investments or financial services, and a willingness to work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Requires Series 7 and 66 licenses.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry.
• Minimum of one year of experience in financial services or a sales environment with goals.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals by creating financial plans using brokerage products.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to appropriate internal partners based on assets.
• Mitigate and manage risk as part of daily activities.
• Identify potential new clients through referrals or existing client networks.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs.
