Marsh McLennan Agency Midwest is seeking a Client Service Representative on the Surety team to support bond requests, review documents, maintain client and bond information, coordinate with carriers, and ensure timely service for clients.

Ideal candidates have strong written and verbal communication, are self-starters, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy team; a high school diploma is required; licenses and insurance experience are a plus.

As a Client Service Representative on the Surety team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with their bond needs and delivering exceptional service throughout the bond lifecycle. You will assist with bond requests, review and process documentation, maintain accurate client and bond information, coordinate with carriers and internal teams, and help ensure timely, seamless service for clients.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively service customers
• Being a self-starter; a highly organized problem solver with good time management skills to meet deadlines
• Detail orientation and handling a wide variety of tasks
• Ability to work on a fast paced, high-energy team while maintaining a positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent is required

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Property & Casualty license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hire
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• 1 year of experience working in the insurance industry

The applicable base salary range for this role is $35,600 to $66,200.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
