As a Client Service Representative, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You manage insurance programs, execute policy changes, update client information, facilitate collaboration, and work with the servicing team.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively service customers; Being a self-starter; a highly organized problem solver with good time management skills to meet deadlines; Detail orientation and handling a wide variety of tasks; Ability to work on a fast paced, high-energy team while maintaining a positive attitude; High school diploma or equivalent is required.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply: Property & Casualty license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hire; Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); 1 year of experience working in the insurance industry.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $34,650 to $64,575. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
