A Day in the Life

As a Client Service Representative on the Surety team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with their bond needs and delivering exceptional service throughout the bond lifecycle. You will assist with bond requests, review and process documentation, maintain accurate client and bond information, coordinate with carriers and internal teams, and help ensure timely, seamless service for clients.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Property & Casualty license preferred, or the ability to obtain upon hire
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• 1 year of experience working in the insurance industry

Compensation

The applicable base salary range for this role is $35,600 to $66,200. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. We are excited to offer a competitive total rewards package which includes health and welfare benefits, tuition assistance, 401K savings and other retirement programs as well as employee assistance programs.
