Spade Recruiting is seeking a candidate for a remote engagement role focused on informing union members about programs that may benefit them and their families. You will connect with members via phone and virtual appointments, explain options, and guide them through available programs in a clear, client-centered manner.
You will learn about each member’s priorities, coordinate scheduling, answer questions, and help with forms while maintaining accurate records.
This opportunity takes a different approach from a typical sales position. There’s no door-to-door prospecting or traditional cold calling. You’ll work with union members who have expressed interest in receiving information about programs available to them and their families.
Your role is to make that process simple. You’ll connect with members, learn about their needs, explain available options, answer questions, and help them understand how different programs may fit their circumstances.
Most interactions take place through phone and virtual appointments, giving you the opportunity to build relationships while working in a flexible environment. Along the way, you’ll strengthen valuable skills in communication, organization, client relations, and leadership.
