Mount Laurel Animal Hospital is currently seeking a Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our Primary Care team for both full-time and part-time roles. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional who enjoys building meaningful relationships with clients and their pets while supporting a fast-paced veterinary environment. As a key member of the front desk team, you will deliver professional, personalized service in person, over the phone, and via email while collaborating closely with doctors, technicians, and leadership to ensure a seamless client experience.
All of our staff is expected to demonstrate professionalism, dependability, and accountability in all aspects of the role. Candidates should communicate clearly and respectfully, follow hospital policies and medical protocols consistently, maintain accurate documentation, and contribute positively to team culture.
