We know that a positive client experience starts as soon as our clients enter the waiting room and Pieper Veterinary is seeking kind, compassionate, and detail-oriented Client Service Representative with a focus on Primary Care to join our fantastic team of veterinary professionals in our Specialty, Emergency and Primary Care practice in Middletown, Connecticut.

About You:
We strongly believe that veterinary medicine is a team sport, and our ideal candidate is someone who feels the same. Communication is key in our industry, and we are looking for people who navigate both client and interpersonal communication with skill and ease.
We are seeking a Client Service Representative who will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to remain calm during emotional and stressful situations, as well as the ability to handle patients on a leash or in a carrier. Experience with EzyVet and Smartflow are an additional plus but not required. In this role, you will also be filling medications for our clients. We highly value collaboration from all staff members, so please speak up as your input is not only valued but can make a difference.
Compensation:
Based on experience - $18.75 - $24.75 an hour.
Anticipated Schedule:
This is a full-time position:
5 days a week - 8 hours a day (11:30am-8pm)
1 Weekend shift - 8am-4:30pm
Holidays are required.
