VCA Everett Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced, full-time Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team!
We are a six-doctor, full-service, AAHA-accredited animal hospital located just minutes from downtown Boston. Proudly serving our community for over 20 years, we are looking for a dependable, professional, and customer-focused individual with prior experience in a fast-paced client service environment. Previous veterinary or medical reception experience is strongly preferred.
Our CSRs are at the heart of the hospital and are often the first and last impression for our clients. This role requires someone who is confident handling a busy front desk, managing multiple priorities, communicating professionally with clients, and working closely with our medical team.
