Job summary

United Veterinary Care is looking for a Client Service Representative at Stamford Veterinary Center in Stamford, CT. This role is available part-time or full-time with a starting wage of $19/hour, and centers on delivering friendly, efficient client service in a fast-paced hospital setting.

You will be the first voice clients hear and the first face they see, coordinating appointments, answering questions, and guiding the day with empathy for both pets and their people.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred, veterinary experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients in a busy lobby.
• Schedule and guide appointments, manage flow of the day.
• Ensure pets and clients feel cared for from start to finish.

This role is the heartbeat of the hospital. You’re the first voice clients hear and the first face they see when they walk through the door. You’re helping guide appointments, answering questions, managing the flow of the day, and making sure both pets and their people feel taken care of from start to finish.

We’re looking for someone who is warm, organized, and unflappable when things get busy. Veterinary experience is a plus, but just as important is your ability to connect with people, think on your feet, and keep things moving without losing the human side of the job.
