VCA Klingele Animal Hospital is seeking a dedicated Client Service Representative to join our front desk team in Quincy, IL. This part-time position focuses on delivering excellent customer service while supporting the veterinary team with appointments, client communication, and administrative duties.

The CSR will manage scheduling, payments, and client education, striving for a welcoming, seamless experience. Prior experience in customer service or a veterinary setting is preferred.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team! As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience. Your role is essential in supporting our veterinary team by managing appointments, client communication, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Schedule appointments, manage patientcheck-ins/check-outs,and process payments.
• Educate clients on hospital services, wellness plans, and pet care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
