Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is hiring a Client Service Representative in Manchester, NH. The CSR will support the Client Service Supervisor with staff scheduling, client service, and daily office operations from our Manchester office.

We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $23.00–$27.00, a 40-hour work week with a flexible schedule, and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and CEUs. The role emphasizes service to clients, patients, and families and a family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare or a related industry.
• Understanding of state and federal home care standards and regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with both clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computer software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Client Service Supervisor in ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards.
• Coordinate staff schedules and help optimize the scheduling process for home care services.
• Document job orders, receive referrals, and assist with staffing requests.
• Maintain employee files, verify credentials and certifications, conduct background checks, and assist with recruiting efforts.
• Verify client insurance and assist with office functions including marketing, payroll, and collections.
• Provide professional and responsive service to clients, caregivers, referral sources, and members of the care team.
• Help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and a positive experience for our clients and employees.
