Job summary

Addition Management in New York seeks a Client Services Specialist to support investor transfers, wire updates, and routine inquiries.   • Knowledge of asset management, private equity, or alternative investments is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the administrative process for investor transfers and wire updates.

  • Prepare investor presentations, pitchbooks, and internal reports in PowerPoint and Excel; coordinate materials for meetings and roadshows.
  • Work cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Fund Accounting, and Investments to meet investor needs.

Position: Client Services Specialist


Location: New York, NY


Salary: $150K — $200K Bonus


Prestigious Private Equity firm seeks a Client Services Specialist to join their Team!


Responsibilities

Investor Transfers & Wire Instruction Updates


  • Support the administrative process for investor transfers and wire updates.

  • Coordinate documentation collection, verification, and input with internal stakeholders, including Legal and Compliance.


Email Inbox Management


  • Monitor the general Investor Relations email inbox and triage incoming messages.

  • Draft and send timely, accurate, and professional responses to routine investor inquiries.

  • Log all relevant correspondence and follow-ups in the CRM.


CRM Management


  • Maintain and update investor records, contact details, and activity logs in the firm’s CRM system (Dynamo), ensuring accuracy and consistency.

  • Track all investor interactions, requests, and key deadlines to support effective relationship management.


Due Diligence (DDQs) & RFPs


  • Assist in completing standard due diligence questionnaires and requests for proposals.

  • Coordinate responses across internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Investments.

  • Maintain the RFP response library and templates to ensure up-to-date, high-quality materials.

  • Ensure submissions meet formatting, branding, and quality standards and are delivered on time.


Meetings, Events & Presentation Support


  • Assist in creating, formatting, and updating investor presentations, pitchbooks, and internal reports in PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Help prepare meeting materials and coordinate logistics for investor meetings, roadshows, and events.


Internal Collaboration


  • Work cross-functionally with teams across the firm including Legal, Compliance, Fund Accounting, and Investments, to ensure a coordinated and responsive approach to investor needs.
