This is an 18-month structured learning and development program designed for upcoming and recent college graduates, as well as career changers, to develop skills in insurance brokering and risk management. All training hours are paid and the role offers a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to internal and external clients
• Create documents, certificates, and reports using various systems
• Handle new business applications and maintain client relationships
• Assist in marketing efforts through RFP responses
• Research and resolve routine issues

You will also participate in seminars to expand industry knowledge and work toward licensing and certifications.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong technological skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to travel to Rolling Meadows, IL, once during the program (expenses covered)
• Pass Property & Casualty license exam within 90 days of start

Nice-to-Haves:
