Are you ready to kick-start your career or transition into a stable industry that is committed to your professional growth? Join Gallagher and fast-track your career from a Client Service Associate to a Client Service Manager through our Achieve Program.

This 18-month structured program is designed for upcoming and recent graduates, as well as career changers, to gain skills in insurance brokering and risk management. All training hours are paid. The role is full-time with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to internal and external clients
  • Support workflow by creating documents, certificates, and reports
  • Handle new business applications and foster client relationships
  • Assist in marketing efforts with Request for Proposal responses
  • Research and resolve routine issues

You will also participate in seminars to expand industry knowledge and work towards licensing and certifications.

Minimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong technological skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel to Rolling Meadows, IL once during the program
  • Pass property & casualty license exam within 90 days of start
Nice-to-Haves
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous internship or work experience
  • Interest in insurance industry
