Are you ready to kick-start your career or transition into a stable industry that is committed to your professional growth? Join Gallagher and fast-track your career from a Client Service Associate to a Client Service Manager through our Achieve Program.

This is an 18-month structured learning and development program designed for upcoming and recent college graduates, as well as career changers, to gain skills and knowledge in insurance brokering and risk management. All hours in training are paid and considered hours worked. This is a full-time role with a hybrid work schedule, including in-office and remote days depending on the location.

How you'll make an impact

Every day presents new challenges, ensuring your work remains dynamic and engaging. As a program participant, you will:

• Work cross-functionally to provide exceptional service to internal and external clients
• Support workflow processes by creating documents, certificates, and reports using innovative systems
• Contribute to our growth by handling new business applications and fostering client relationships through calls and correspondence
• Assist in marketing efforts by preparing high-quality Request for Proposal responses
• Research and resolve routine issues proactively, escalating matters as needed

You will also participate in seminars to expand your industry knowledge and work towards obtaining your Property & Casualty license and Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist designation.

As your experience grows, you'll help clients navigate challenges and find coverage solutions, supporting their businesses during unexpected losses.

About You

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong technological skills for efficient software use
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to travel to our Rolling Meadows, IL office once during the program, with expenses covered by Gallagher
• Successful completion of the Property & Casualty license exam within 90 days of start date

Nice-to-Haves:

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree
• Previous internship or work experience
• Interest or knowledge in insurance brokering and risk management
