Job summary

Gallagher, a leading risk management services firm, is seeking an Associate Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. You will lead client relationships, guide renewal processes, and deliver tailored solutions that protect client interests.

You will mentor teammates, collaborate across Gallagher’s systems, and help secure ongoing business while ensuring compliance and high service standards. This role emphasizes relationship-building and strategic client advisory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 1+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR High School degree/GED with minimum 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience
• A Property and Casualty Insurance License is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process by gathering information, assessing client needs, and delivering tailored solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely responses and proactive service
• Support the team in addressing client risk management needs via consultative conversations and strategies
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and high service standards
• Maintain accurate client and policy data using Gallagher systems and perform audits
• Leverage Gallagher technology to boost productivity and deliver quality results
• Mentor junior teammates with constructive feedback and professional growth

At Gallagher, we’re looking for an Associate Client Service Manager to join our Commercial team. In this role, you’ll lead efforts to deliver exceptional service and solutions to our clients. You’ll work closely with your team and clients to build strong relationships, solve challenges, and ensure every interaction adds value. You’ll take the lead in managing client relationships and ensuring their needs are met. From guiding the renewal process to mentoring team members, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions. • Mentor junior team members by providing transparent feedback, encouraging continuous learning, and fostering professional growth.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and meet client expectations.

About You

Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 1+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR- High School degree/GED with a minimum of 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience
• A Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• A desire to build relationships and deliver results.
• Adaptability and resilience in managing shifting priorities.
• A collaborative mindset to work with teams across Gallagher.
