Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and service delivery to ensure outstanding client experience.
• Hire, train, and coach staff; set development plans and address performance issues.
• Manage scheduling, sales targets, and operational tasks to meet deposit goals.
• Maintain and deepen client relationships through onsite engagement and proactive outreach.
