VCA Animal Care Center of Sonoma County in Rohnert Park, CA is seeking a Client Services Manager to lead a busy hospital’s client service and administrative teams. You’ll own scheduling, onboarding, performance reviews, and staff development while resolving conflicts and maintaining a positive team culture.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years of supervisory and finance/accounting experience in a fast-paced environment; veterinary experience a plus.

• Oversee budgeting, purchasing, deposits, accounts receivable, and billing.
• Partner with leadership on marketing and digital presence.

What You'll Do

Compensation: $68,000-$75,000 base, negotiable based on experience, education, and credentials
