Job summary

VCA Animal Care Center of Sonoma County is expanding our ER and Specialty teams and seeks three experienced Veterinary Assistants to join us at the Rohnert Park location. You will contribute to high-quality veterinary medicine and patient care, bringing the practical know-how to make excellent outcomes possible.

You will work with RVTs on patient care and recovery, assist with endoscopy and radiology, support laboratory work and pharmacy tasks, and provide compassionate care to hospitalized

Qualifications

• Three+ years experience as a veterinary assistant or equivalent.
• Proficiency with radiology and basic lab work is expected.
• Strong client communication and compassionate patient care.

Job description

At VCA Animal Care Center of Sonoma County we are expanding our ER, Specialty and are looking for three experienced Veterinary Assistant to make this happen!

Location : 6470 Redwood Dr, Rohnert Park, CA 94928

Schedule : 8-630 Mon-Thurs

Compensation : $ 25 - $ 33/ hr

The successful candidate will be a believer in the possibilities of high quality veterinary medicine and patient care-with the expertise and technical know-how to make them happen.
