Job summary

BNY seeks an enthusiastic client service intern to gain hands-on exposure to client support, service delivery, onboarding, reporting, and process improvement. You will collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams in a fast-paced environment to deliver timely, accurate client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred
• Graduating in Dec 2027 or May 2028 (U.S.)
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
• Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.

Responsibilities

• Support the resolution of client inquiries by gathering facts, coordinating with partners, and helping move issues to closure.
• Track service metrics, commitments, and trends to help teams identify what is working and where the experience can improve.
• Assist with onboarding, transitions, and process updates that make it easier for clients to do business with BNY.
• Work across operations, service, and relationship teams to keep communication clear and next steps on track.
