Job summary

Southern Illinois Healthcare is seeking a part-time administrative professional to staff on-site occupational health services. You will serve as the main resource for client services, support the manager in achieving goals, and coordinate scheduling for an on-site client base.

The role requires an associates degree (or a HS diploma with healthcare experience) and DOT/BAT certification. You will interact with employers, update client data, and assist with proposals and health fair planning.

Qualifications

• Associates degree required, or High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years of experience working in a medical or healthcare environment
• DOT/BAT Trainer and Collector Certified

Responsibilities

• Serves as the main resource for on-site client services.
• Assists manager in achieving strategic performance goals and financial performance.
• Coordinates on-site scheduling for occupational health clients; establish and set schedules according to client needs of all Occupation Med Tech staff.
• Devise forms for department and update existing forms in use.
• Assists department manager with networking events by updating client database preparing marketing packets, written correspondence and surveys
• Monitor weekly list of targeted businesses.
• Update clients regarding occupational health service lines.
• Collaborates with department manager to expand client base and improve services.
• Oversees client protocols and assists employers/clients as needed.
• Manages random consortium for employers and generates notification letters per DOT standards.
• Prepares and organizes employer health fair agendas and materials.
• Assists with quotes and proposals for services as directed by manager
• Maintains database of targeted businesses to market services.
• Collaborates with other departments as needed.
• Coordinate requests to assist an improvement and expansion of program.
• Track patient/client satisfaction through client service calls, surveys and resolve serve matters.
• Completes department audits weekly and helps meet compliance and regulatory standards

Compensation

Compensation (Commensurate with experience): $21.42 To $33.2
