Job summary

A lively facial bar in Town and Country is seeking a Front Bar Receptionist to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This role involves exceptional customer service, sales performance, and maintaining a clean environment. Candidates should have at least one year of guest service experience and ideally possess sales or salon knowledge. Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with some evening and weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of guest service experience required.
• Experience in sales and marketing preferred.
• Salon experience is a plus.
• Current esthetic students preferred.
• Current esthetic student experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience for guests.
• Maintain customer service standards and cleanliness.
• Meet sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene procedures.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Follow company timekeeping procedures accurately.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
• Follow safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures to ensure compliance at all times.
• Keep the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

The Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceed standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations.

As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Explain, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services to ensure board compliance at all times.
• Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

Experience
