FACE FOUNDRIÉ in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Front Bar Receptionist to create a welcoming guest experience. Part-time role requiring evenings and weekends, with opportunities for advancement.

You will drive guest satisfaction, explain FACE FOUNDRIÉ products, and assist with in-store operations while maintaining clean, stocked conditions and adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Competitive base pay with commission/gratuity, benefits for eligible staff, and ongoing paid training.

Qualifications

• 1 year guest service experience or related role.
• Sales experience with goal attainment.
• Shopping environment familiarity preferred.
• Cosmetics/esthetic products knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming, positive guest experience at the Front Bar.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Explain and recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Notify when supplies are low in coordination with the Salon Manager.
• Assist in in-store operational processes and keep the store stocked.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
• Maintain daily timekeeping accuracy and guidelines.

The Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceed standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations.

As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Explain, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low.
• Assist in all in-store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services to ensure board compliance at all times.
• Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

Experience

• Guest Service Experience (1 year)

• Current Esthetic Students Preferred
