H&R Block is seeking aseasonal Client Service Professional / Receptionist to be the welcoming face for clients. This in-person role manages scheduling, supports daily office operations, and collaborates with tax professionals to ensure a smooth client experience.

The position offers evenings/weekends during tax season and opportunities to grow into tax preparation or office leadership within a collaborative team.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to collaborate and serve clients professionally.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities throughout the day.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using basic computer programs and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams and scheduling systems).
• Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional first impression as the face of the office.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs.
• Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents.
• Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience.
• Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care.
