Job summary

OneDigital is hiring a Client Service Specialist to support sales and client management. You will assist with group enrollment, renewals, and related administrative tasks to improve workflows and response times.

You’ll collect missing information, prepare quotes, update records in CRM, and help coordinate materials and communications with carriers and clients. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ applicable job experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
• Prior experience in broker agency or benefit administration preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance carrier websites preferred.
• Proven track record in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with communications, follow-up and distribution of applications to carriers.
• Collect missing information from groups and send approval letters to clients.
• Coordinate quotes and proposals for new and renewal business.
• Update census, policy information and commissions for all accounts and policies.
• Assist with renewals and new business applications.
• Attach applications to appropriate client file in Microsoft CRM.
• Process outgoing packages, shipments, mail, etc. and coordinate presentation materials.
• Follow-up on service issues or CAC coordination and phone back-up.
