California Bank & Trust, a division of Zions Bancorporation, seeks a Client Service Associate (Teller) at the Hacienda Heights, CA branch. You will greet clients, handle daily banking needs, and maintain accurate transaction records with a focus on friendly, personalized service.

Typical duties include account maintenance, transfers, and cross-selling bank products. The role offers comprehensive benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule with open availability to support branch operations.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies and maintain balancing records.
• Identify and address clients' needs by offering services such as new accounts, money transfers, loan payments, checks, etc.
• Resolve client issues directly or via referrals to branch resources.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
• Potential reassignment to a nearby branch location within 30 miles with notice.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
