Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our operations team. The CSA will support financial advisors by preparing financial plans, analyzing client data, and processing transactions, while also providing branch reception and general administrative support.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist financial advisor(s) in servicing clients and processing trades.
• Communicate with advisors, bank partners, and clients by phone and email.
• Prepare for and follow up on client meetings; manage CRM data.
• Process new business documentation and insurance applications.
• Support client acquisition through referrals and events.
• Perform general admin and operational duties.
