Job summary

Ameriprise Financial in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our operations team. The CSA supports advisors and branches by assembling client data, preparing financial plans, and handling transactions and administrative tasks.

You will assist with client meetings, data management, and the preparation of new business paperwork, while contributing to a client-centric service culture and licensing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate (2-year) degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years relevant experience required.
• Experience in a client service environment.
• Detail oriented with strong math and analytical skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisor in servicing clients including preparing financial plans, conducting investment research and completing trades and transactions as described by the advisor.
• Prepare and summarize client meetings by scheduling, data entry, agendas and summaries, escorting clients to advisor and follow-up.
• Prepare and ensure new business paperwork is submitted in good order with signatures and home office routing; track insurance applications and rollovers.
• Prepare for and coordinate marketing events, including compliance documentation and reimbursements.
• Provide general administrative duties such as answering the advisor's phone, expense reports, routine client correspondence and file setup.
