Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative support to financial advisors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for a high volume of client interactions.
• Onboard new clients and open accounts using internal systems.
• Research client and security information in databases.
• Ensure client information and documentation are current with regulations.
• Process transfers of assets and monitor cash available for investment.
• Prepare financial reports and materials for client meetings.
• Input orders and rebalance portfolios as directed by advisors.
• Maintain records using CRM software and support marketing efforts.
