• Experience using CRM systems to manage client information and workflows.
• Familiarity with securities products and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact to service a high volume of daily interactions with clients and prospects via phone, email, in-person, and mailings.
• Onboards new clients, opens accounts, and researches client information using internal databases.
• Ensures client information and documentation comply with firm and industry requirements.
• Processes transfers and monitors assets, and prepares financial reports for client meetings.
