Become an integral part of our successful private practice financial services firm located in Mountainside, New Jersey.We are seeking a Full-Time Client Service Associate for administrative and operational support to the firm, as well as the highest level of customer service to our existing and prospective clients.The ideal candidate for this job is detail-oriented, resourceful, organized, a team player and an excellent problem solver.Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.The primary responsibilities will include:
• Management of Client Service Requests such as distributions/contributions, client account updates, client online access setup etc.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Database Management• Meeting preparation for advisors such as reports, data sheets etc.
• Monthly advisor reports
• Monthly reports sent to clients
• Client check deposits to investment accounts
• Creating and maintaining physical and electronic files – general filing, creation of files, scanning and shredding of documents
• Assisting with the overall workflow of the office Qualifications:
Qualifications:
• Financial services experience would be a PLUS
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
• Problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
