Are you passionate about delivering exceptional client service and creating a polished, professional experience? McCrossan & Associates is seeking a Client Service Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our financial advisors to support daily operations, manage client interactions, and ensure every detail of the client experience is handled with care and precision.

This full-time, in-person position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is looking to build a long-term career in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries—responding via phone, email, and in person
  • Prepare client meeting agendas, documents, and follow-up summaries
  • Maintain and update the client relationship management (CRM) system
  • Coordinate scheduling and confirm appointments with clients
  • Process check deposits, manage incoming mail, and complete paperwork
  • Assist with account openings, transfers, and service transactions
  • Support advisors during client meetings and document action items
  • Track outstanding items such as planning documents, tax forms, and required signatures
  • Ensure client files are organized and maintained in compliance with regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For :

  • 1–3 years of experience in a client service or administrative support role (financial services preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • A friendly, proactive attitude and a desire to contribute to a team environment
  • Comfort working within industry regulations and confidentiality standards

Compensation & Benefits :

  • Salary range : $45,000–$55,000 per year
  • 401(k) with employer match

  • Paid time off and holidays
