The Role

We are seeking a dependable and personable Client Service Associate to join this team in a contract-to-hire role. This position is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, has strong customer service skills, and is looking to grow their career in the insurance industry. Experience or familiarity with commercial insurance policies is preferred.

Compensation & Work Arrangement

• Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per our based on experience
• Employment Type: Full-time Contract-to-Hire
• Location: Independence, Ohio
• Schedule: Hybrid work opportunity may be available upon conversion
