Who We're Looking For

As an Sales Intern, you will work closely with international students, landlords, and real estate developers to provide customized housing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist international students in finding rental properties that fit their needs and budget.
• Assist to Provide personalized housing consultations and guided tours of properties.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and developers.
• Stay informed on NYC rental trends, policies, and pricing to provide expert advice.
• Leverage digital marketing and social media tools to attract and engage potential clients.
• Work collaboratively with a high-performing team to close deals efficiently.
