Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests and account inquiries
• Support account opening, maintenance, and closing processes
• Process transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other account activities
• Assist with client documentation, compliance requirements, and record maintenance
• Provide support for online banking platforms and related client requests
• Partner with internal teams to coordinate account and lending-related activities
• Prepare reports, client meeting materials, and administrative documentation
• Support operational processes, audits, and special projects as needed
