AttackIQ is seeking a Client Security Advisor to manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring adoption, retention and expansion of our breach and attack simulation solutions. You will be the trusted advisor coordinating with Product, Sales and Engineering to deliver value and measurable outcomes.
This remote role reports to the VP of Customer Success and involves strategic customer visits to ensure customers maximize ROI and mature their cybersecurity validation programs.

We offer products for enterprises of all sizes, including Enterprise, Ready!, and Flex. This is a full‑time remote role for a Client Security Advisor. The Client Security Advisor will be responsible for managing customer accounts, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer adoption, retention, and expansion. The Client Security Advisor will also analyze customer data to provide insights and create strategies to improve customer satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of AttackIQ customers and responsible for connecting them and their needs to the various other teams within AttackIQ as needed. You will work as a team with one or more Customer Success Engineers and in coordination with our sales teams to ensure our customers receive the full value of their purchase in terms of technology and methodology. This role will report to the VP of Customer Success and will be remote with targeted strategic customer visits.

You will be responsible for managing relationships across an assigned portfolio of clients, driving measurable business outcomes, and helping customers mature their cybersecurity validation programs.
5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
