Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. seeks a Client Sales Manager to manage accounts in the assigned territory, develop and execute a robust Territory Plan, and maintain strong client relationships across Siemens Energy products and services.

Remote position in the Indianapolis, Indiana area with up to 50% travel within the territory. A bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in sales or engineering in rotating equipment are required to excel and advance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in sales or engineering within the rotating equipment industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual Territory Plan to drive sales and profitability.
• Manage and deploy selling resources effectively within your territory.
• Track and forecast opportunities while maintaining competitive awareness.
• Create strategies to increase sales and profitability for assigned customers.
• Conduct won/loss reporting and define/communicate client needs and market conditions.
