Serenity Healthcare in Mesa is seeking a Client Sales Lead to guide individuals through their journey, using service-minded leadership to mentor a team and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You'll build trust, educate clients on options, address concerns with patience, and model exceptional service while collaborating with a growing, mission-driven team. Training provided and opportunities for advancement are available.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of full-time customer service experience (ideally in leadership roles).
• Leadership experience or a natural ability to guide and motivate others.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• Experience in fast-paced, people-focused roles such as hospitality, call centers, coaching, caregiving, or tutoring is a strong plus.
