Job summary

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Client Sales Lead in Chandler, AZ. You will guide individuals through their personal journeys, educate them about options, and support the process with a culture of trust and exceptional service.

You’ll lead by example, mentor a team, and help clients take meaningful steps forward while maintaining calm, empathetic communication in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience.
• 3+ years of full-time customer service experience (leadership preferred).
• Leadership experience or ability to guide and motivate others.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Emotional intelligence and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Experience in fast-paced, people-focused roles such as hospitality or coaching is a plus.
