Job summary

DentalQore is seeking a Client Relations & Retention Specialist to protect and recover at-risk client relationships in our American Fork, Utah office. This role involves empathetic, commercially minded conversations with clients who are frustrated or considering cancellation.

You will craft recovery plans, coordinate with internal teams, and guide clients toward informed decisions that sustain the partnership.

Qualifications

• Two years or more in client relations, customer success, account management, or related roles are strongly preferred.
• Experience handling client escalations, objections, or cancellation conversations is preferred.
• Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, or digital marketing concepts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead conversations with dissatisfied clients and assess retention risks.
• Identify root causes of at-risk accounts including cost, results, service quality, or trust.
• Develop and present practical recovery plans with defined actions and owners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address service, billing, website, and marketing concerns.
• Document conversations and commitments in the CRM and maintain ownership until resolution.
