Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with data management systems is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Open a case for every inquiry and resolve as needed, including those requiring research.
• Ensure accuracy in processing and responding within service level guidelines.
• Assist and resolve retirement plan participant requests and issues.
• Obtain account information, execute transactions, and respond to plan questions.
• Process benefit payments and support additional responsibilities as assigned.
